Controlled workflows

Where configured, critical quality controls can prevent a batch from progressing until the required condition is satisfied. Rejected material cannot be selected for dispensing, an IPC failure requires a deviation before progression, expired balance calibration blocks weighing, label reconciliation that is not zero blocks the packaging and release gate, incomplete training blocks sign-off, and an open blocking deviation blocks batch release.
Configured controls can enforce defined quality and workflow rules. Not every regulatory requirement is automatically enforced.
Deployment
Your manufacturing data stays under your control.
Private or on-premise deployment is the primary option, so your data never leaves your control and is never on a shared platform with other CMOs. Private cloud is also available where the customer prefers it, and deployment architecture is designed around the CMO's IT, security and data-governance requirements.
